Deepin, stylized as deepin (previously Hiweed Linux and Linux Deepin) is a Linux distribution based on Debian (unstable), that uses the same APT and dpkg software management systems.^[1] It was originally based on Morphix, but later on Debian in 2005, then in 2010 it became based on Ubuntu and later in late 2015 it was rewritten with Debian (unstable) as its basis. It also boasts a collection of first party apps to cover most of the basic functionality. It is primarily developed by Wuhan Deepin Technology Co., Ltd. and has gained notability through its success in China.====

I am very proud and excited to finally be able to announce the very first Manjaro Deepin stable release.
My thanks fly out to this awesome community that infected me with this originally quite insane idea and then kept pushing, correcting, motivating and encouraging me for more than 3 months until it finally seemed possible to accomplish the porting of this innovative desktop environment to a rolling release model of like Archlinux and Manjaro.
Then of course without some exceptional people at Deepin and Arch and and their kind cooperation this would not have been possible at all, especially fasheng,felixonmars, mmetak and jouyouyun.
